orpheus AND eURYDICE: hOW oRPHEUS gOT hIS gROOVE bACK

Mostly Harmless Presents a retelling of the classic Greek tale of love and loss, but with a modern voice and an excellent sense of humor. It is written by the local playwright James Callaghan.

Greatest poet ever meets girl, loses girl, and risks it all to rescue girl from Hades. Orpheus and his fellow Argonauts may be "big damn heroes," but can he survive the ultimate challenges that wait in the Underworld? Will he reclaim his lost love, and return to the lands of the living? Or will the world never hear another of his epic poems about cheese sandwiches?

July 30th through August 1st and August 6th through 8th at 8pm, in the theatre at School at Northeast, 1821 Hamburg St., Schenectady, NY.
